The doctors are generally "bookable" the same day regucuted, which is an amazing improvement on the situation in other local practices.
Particularly appreciate the concentrated listening and care given in spite of all the patients pressure before Christmas.

Care excellent.
Please re-introduce 'ring back' - its impossible to get through at certain times without it.
Long wait to register in - touch screen not working - two receptionist both dealing with lengthy queries so queue out of door - (10.45 am on 10-11-14.)

Not sure what to put above after today booked two apps one for BT a follow up doc app only to be told when arr no BT booked.
Arr twenty mins before time on 11/12/14 told cant do anything docs and nurses all at meeting this was 8.35 am the told me to wait might be able to fit me in - my app was 8.50 am got seen at 9.35 am when your not feeling well as I had urine inf etc not good - have to say on the whole service quiet good but this does happen from time-to-time.
